Each order is securely packed with high-quality protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Our packing and logistics teams operate on all working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, we work exclusively with reliable and well-established courier partners.
All shipments are dispatched from our studio located in Surat, India.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our standard dispatch timeline is approximately 7-10 business days. However, we advise checking the specific delivery timeline mentioned on each product page, as it may vary depending on the item.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking details will be shared with you. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website. Delivery will be attempted up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful and further attempts are required, additional charges may apply. Please ensure that your address and contact details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Domestic Shipping
