Refund policy
Before requesting a return or exchange, we kindly ask you to understand the care and craftsmanship involved in creating our products. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail, making every item unique. All products undergo a strict quality inspection before dispatch.
We make every effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, colour appearance may vary depending on individual screen settings, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
RETURNS
We generally do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied due to a quality or sizing issue, the product may be returned provided it is:
- Unused, unwashed, and unstained
- In original condition with tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
Returns will not be accepted for damaged, used, washed, or altered items. Once approved, a credit note will be issued, valid for two months, redeemable only on our website.
Although every item is quality-checked before shipping, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at namahmi09@gmail.com.
All return or damage-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please note:
- Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
- Customized orders are non-returnable
- Custom-made garments may be altered if required
We recommend retaining proof of return shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer for exchanges or alterations. In case of a damaged product sent by us, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Once the returned product passes inspection, you will receive a confirmation email and the applicable replacement or refund process will begin.
EXCHANGE
For exchanges, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- Mention the reason for exchange and attach clear images of the product
After receiving your request, we will share the return shipping address.
Items sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Returns for exchange must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
We will cover shipping costs for sending the exchanged or corrected item back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To avoid issues, please ensure:
- The delivery address (including P.O. Box, if applicable) is accurate
- A valid contact number is provided
Sizing Note:
Our sarees are sold in a fixed length of 6.40 meters, including the blouse piece.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only in cases of fulfillment errors, such as:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Product received in damaged condition
Please report such issues to namahmi09@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification and return approval, refunds for damaged products will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days of initiation.
Please review our fabric care guidelines before reporting damage.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
As a company policy, we do not offer refunds for reasons other than those stated above, due to the time, effort, and craftsmanship involved in producing each product.
